Methodology
AADT Estimation
Unmeasured locations use inverse-distance-weighted interpolation from surrounding count sites. Estimates are labelled with a confidence grade (A-F) based on distance and site density.
Lane closures use deterministic D/D/1 queue theory with HCM capacity tables. Stop/go uses Webster cycle optimisation. Both are first-order estimates not calibrated to site conditions.
AusRAP Safety Rating
Star ratings matched by geographic proximity (~500m radius) to the nearest assessed road segment. This is a spatial proxy, not a site-specific assessment.
